Shaping Bahu’s Brand Story from Concept to Reality

Bahu Restaurant is a culinary destination that blends authentic flavors with contemporary aesthetics. The vision behind Bahu was to craft an immersive dining experience where branding, ambiance, and gastronomy seamlessly come together. From concept to execution, every detail was meticulously designed to reflect Bahu’s unique identity.

In collaboration with my life and work partner Tina Karakalla, we developed the branding and overall identity of Bahu. This project went beyond standard branding—it was about creating a holistic experience that captures the restaurant’s ethos through visual identity and storytelling.

  1. Brand Identity: Designed a cohesive brand strategy that reflects Bahu’s character—elegant yet approachable, refined yet rooted in culture. This included logo design, typography, color palettes, and collateral.

  2. Visual Storytelling: Developed a strong narrative that resonates with the restaurant’s audience, ensuring that every touchpoint—from menus to digital presence—embodies the brand essence.

  3. Attention to Detail: Curated the smallest design elements, from packaging to printed materials, to maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity.
